The No-iNO trial will determine if de-implementation of iNO use in newborns with CDH is effective, possible, and economically advantageous. Centers who participate have equipoise that iNO use in newborns with CDH is neither helpful nor harmful, but is often utilized. Over the trial period, participating centers will be randomized to de-implement iNO use in newborns with CDH.
