Summary

The goal of this study is to improve rates of lung-directed therapy with curative intent (LDTCI) among African Americans with probable or proven early stage non-small cell lung cancer via a patient navigation intervention. This study does not include blood draws or therapeutic interventions. During the one-year follow-up period, each participant will complete 5 telephone surveys.
